Everyone starts somewhere different. Whether you already own some land or need assistance finding a place that suits you, we can provide the guidance you need. We are a full-service builder, and that means we can do these and more:
Custom Home Services
Project Management
When you build your home with us, you will work directly with Scott from start to finish. We can start your build right by drafting a plan, making a detailed budget, or helping with whatever your first step may be. Throughout our builds, we carefully track progress, communicate with contractors and suppliers, and work with our clients on custom design selections. Once we are done, you can move in and enjoy the home that is custom-made for you.
Lot & Land
The land you choose is just as important to your custom home as the house itself. We recommend finding the right lot before getting a house plan, and we can help with both. If you already have your desired lot and home plan, then we are ready to use our experience and expertise to perfect it, finalize it, and break ground on it.
Custom Home Plans
We partner with experienced draftsmen to take the first physical step in constructing your home: putting your ideas on paper. Before drafting, we will assess the lot’s slope and terrain in order to integrate your home plan to the land. Maybe you will need a side entry garage to handle that hill or a retaining wall to claim some extra lawn. We can help you get a plan that meets the demands of your land and personal preferences.
Budget & Finance
In our builds, we work closely with our clients to develop a detailed budget. And we provide the necessary information to their preferred financial institution. If you do not have such an institution, we can help you get one.
Custom Design Selection
Every house has a foundation and framing, but a custom home is made by your design choices. So our custom home services include meeting with our clients to discuss personal taste, style, and intended use for the home. We then use our resources and experience to generate design ideas that are pleasing to the eye and functional for you and your family.
On the exterior, we will help you select everything from your veneer, roofing, and lighting to your landscaping, pools, and outdoor entertainment areas. For the interior, we will work with you to get the paint, cabinetry, appliances, countertops, trim, flooring, smart-home technology, and anything else you want.

Scott has the perfect personality, demeanor, interpersonal skills, and design intelligence to manage your house building project. We are in the final phases of our house build, and we have been a pretty high-maintenance customer for sure. We have had an unusually high level of involvement in our project, stopping at the site multiple times a week for hours on end. Scott has always taken the time to address our concerns and waited patiently as we debated the minor differences in trim styles, for example. LOL! We have had some pretty particular requests for our house design, and Scott just always says, “Just send me a photo and we’ll make it happen.” His common sense approach, practical problem solving skills, and work ethic are what have made this project move forward when it could’ve stalled.
Because we have been at the work site very often and for long periods, we have gotten to see the quality of the work and how Scott interacts with the contractors he hires. He is respectful but has high expectations and isn’t afraid to ask a contractor to re-do something that isn’t up to snuff. Scott values doing things *right* above self preservation, which is refreshing in this industry! At the same time, I feel like he is fair to all parties involved.
What I value most is I haven’t EVER felt that I had to question Scott and Amanda’s motives and integrity. Truth be told, we have gone to church with them for years, so we had the benefit of knowing them as friends before hiring them. Their impeccable ethics and honesty were the main reasons why we hired them to build our dream home. We simply couldn’t hire someone to take on such an important and expensive project who hadn’t first earned our trust.
Scott and Amanda, please accept a huge thanks from our family. You have made this process enjoyable and low-stress. Thank you for taking such good care of our family!
